As with Quality Assurance in other areas we also evaluate our Instructors for their effectiveness, their ability to create a proactive learning atmosphere and willingness to undertake useful knowledge Transfer. They are experts in their subject with a minimum experience of 7-10 years. These instructors are not just fulltime teachers but are full time consultants who have seen the software grow in front of them.
Our primary Instructors and their staff review and update course content by drawing on their own experience and keeping their eyes and ears open to developments in the market. The trainees are given a hands-on experience as near to real-time work environment as possible.
