Our Business Development team confers with the Client representatives and presents an estimate of the time needed, the workforce needed, the costs involved and the time deadlines.
We have experienced teams attuned to such work environment and have an aggressive approach towards reaching targets within deadlines, keeping costs within the agreed upon figures and doing all of that with no compromising on Quality.
The project is executed with the Client compensating the workforce on an hourly basis. The Client has the authority to regulate schedules and oversee the work being done with regard to the time sheets being submitted.
